Hall's Culligan Water has an immediate opening for a Temporary Part-Time Recruiter. The Temporary Part-Time Recruiter will strive to proactively and positively improve the recruiting and hiring process throughout the California region. The length of this role would be 4 months, up to 30 hours a week.
Hall's Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for supporting multiple job vacancies across the business. This role will post new positions, manage existing postings and assist managers with navigating our applicant tracking system. The Temporary Part-Time Recruiter may source potential candidates through a variety of methods, assist managers with prescreening candidates, scheduling interviews and supporting the overall recruitment lifecycle.
The ideal candidate for the role of Temporary Part-Time Recruiter will have exceptional organization and communication skills and will excel in creating positive and collaborative relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
