HR Administrative Assistant (Finance)



Shipley Energy is looking for a HR Administrative Assistant to join our team! This is a fulfilling entry level position where you will be a part of a rewarding team with a strong culture which focuses on customer service, innovation, and the development of our team members. You will have the opportunity to further your development and skillsets in the various functions of HR such as benefits, payroll, recruiting, and compliance.
In this role your primary responsibilities will be maintaining personnel records, assisting with the recruiting process, creating various HR reports and metrics, performing audits of HR processes to ensure compliance, and providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR and Safety Department. The ideal candidate is organized, tech savvy, detail oriented, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Maintain and update team members electronic files, job descriptions, HR forms, and other documentations as needed
Perform data entry into the HRIS system (Kronos) and create reports and metrics for the HR department
Ensure compliance of HR procedures through performing audits
Complete employment verifications and process invoices in a timely manner
Generate reports and documents needed to perform annual benefits census for pension plan, 401(K), and 1095-C
Create job requisitions and provide administrative support during the recruiting process
Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating orientation
Manage and oversee new hire badge process
