FT Receptionist 30hrs/wk. (Administrative)
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, residents, and staff in a friendly, professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-ins
Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and guests
Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Support administrative staff with daily office tasks
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, friendly, and compassionate demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (healthcare setting a plus)
Additional duties as assigned
