Job Description:

Job Summary:

Records: Provide records creation, circulation, storage, tracking, transfer and retention services as defined or outlined in EPIQ's service agreement with client.

Equipment Support: Provide on-site technology-related support services as outlined in EPIQ's service agreement with client.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Records Room and on-site Equipment support
  • Participate with other records and information staff in overseeing effective maintenance of records management systems including Interwoven File Creation, RFID File Tagging and Programming, File Retrieval, and Re- Shelving.
  • Field incoming support requests from end users via telephone, email and service desk system queue in a courteous and timely manner
  • Engage Tier 2 support through the client's IT team when necessary
  • Assist with conference room support for technology, including video conferences.
  • Assist with managing the hardware inventory, monitoring and distributing as needed.
  • Perform photocopying, faxing, scanning, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year professional level work experience
  • Previous experience in a client service oriented field preferred
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and applications
  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etc
  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
