EVS Tech II(15% NIGHT DIFFERENTIAL, Full-Time, 2:00p-10:30p, Monday-Friday, every 5th weekend and holiday rotation) (Project Management)
Washes and disinfects beds and mattresses. Remakes beds after dismissal of patient.
Deep cleans utility and storage rooms and ensures they remain in clean orderly condition.
Replaces soiled drapes and cubicle curtains.
Disinfects equipment.
Sweeps, dusts, mops, scrubs, waxes, and buffs floors.
Vacuums and shampoos carpet.
Cleans upholstered furniture and draperies.
Responsible for maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Dusts and polishes furniture, counters, and equipment. Polishes metal work.
Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork, windows, door panels, and sills.
Empties and transports trash to outside dumpsters.
Removes and transports all biohazard materials and dirty laundry to appropriate areas.
Replenishes bathroom supplies.
Sends work orders to Maintenance when any repairs are needed.
Notifies maintenance department concerning need for major repairs to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Notifies EVS Supervisor when in need of supplies and cleaning products.
Greets guests promptly and courteously.
Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
Consistently adheres to Infection Control practices and Safety procedures of PMHC.
Is responsible for personal development in attendance of education programs/seminars, and timely completion of annual re-education.
Assists in data collection for Quality Assurance/Improvement.

While performing the duties of this job, employees the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles and risk of electrical shock. REQUIRED EDUCATION
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one year certificate from college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience, with experience being preferred.
COMPETENCIES/CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Valid Driver's License required
