Product Data Specialist (Information Technology)



With constant innovation, cutting-edge technology, and fast-paced development, were looking for talented professionals to join our Information Technology team to help us continue delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Product Data manages part records, ensures data accuracy, and supports the digital merchandising strategy. They understand product attributes, create new records, and manage the related data required for each product. They are also responsible for responding to customer inquiries related to product attribute data.
The Product Data Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of product part records and the ongoing maintenance of the data within these records.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure product set-ups, attributes and specifications are accurate, adhering to guidelines and legal requirementsTimely response to internal customer inquiries related to product attribute dataFacilitate process improvement actions to increase utilization and efficiencyLearn the intricacies of product attributes and the impact of data inaccuracies throughout the rest of the organizationProcessing of queries to validate accuracy of data pointsIdentify and update attribute data due to inaccuracies, inconsistencies, manufacturing changes, or customer requests.Utilize extensive knowledge of BOM, Item Master, PIM modules, and P360 to support business processes related to product dataAbility to create and run data loadsDevelop a complete understanding of Custom Item SearchCreating/Improving shopping experiences on the website
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentVibrant personality with the ability to connect with customersIntegrity in business practices and when working with others in a team environmentHunger for continuous improvement personally and professionallyExceptional verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational abilities in managing time, work details, and workspace effectivelyProficiency in decision-making, critical thinking, as well as analytical and problem-solving skillsFlexible and able to deal with change and unpredictability
Preferred Qualifications:
Computer proficiency related to Oracle, Excel, Outlook, CZ, PLM, SalesforceAbility to learn new software programsKnowledge of Stuller product offeringsKnowledge of the Jewelry Industry
