Reporting directly to the VP of New Business, the Director, Quote Operations is a critical role in delivering on our customer commitments within the quote process. This individual will be a key leader in managing multiple teams (workflow, rating, questionnaires) that support response to RFP's from our customers. This individual will not only deliver consistent and accurate results across teams, but will play a key strategic role in defining the future strategy of quote operations and RFP response with Group Insurance.
The current EWA for this position is Hybrid / Virtual. While this position does not require your on-site presence on a regular basis, depending on business preferences, there may be occasions where you are required to be on-site at a Prudential office.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $133,800.00 to $181,000.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance. In addition, employees are eligible for standard benefits package including paid time off, medical, dental and retirement.
