Support & Training Specialist II- Technology Learning Specialist (Finance)
The Support and Training Specialist II provides administration, support, and technical training for the University's learning management system (LMS). The Support and Training Specialist investigates and seeks solutions to complex problems. DUTIES

WORK LOCATION AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Primary Work Location: Works in an office environment 6 to 8 hours; lobby customer service island or reception area 2 to 4 hours; classroom, training room, auditorium 2 to 4 hours.
Physical Demands: Work is normally performed in a typical interior work environment which does not subject the employee to any unpleasant elements. The position is physically comfortable; an individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc. The work environment involves minimal exposure to physical risks.
Required Education: Associate's degree or 60 hours of college coursework
Required Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of experience in training and support. Experience with Respondus, publisher materials, and other third-party tools, experience in-classroom training, and experience with data integration files
License/Certification: None Required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Baccalaureate degree preferred
