Recruiter (Finance)
Provides support in the recruitment function of human resources with responsibilities including but not limited to recruitment and employment, record retention, compliance, policy and procedure administration and special projects.
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and roll out programs to various locations
• Evaluate and decide on candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements by, evaluating, screening, and interviewing the candidate.
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
• Complete necessary pre and post offer employment processes including reference checks, background/drug tests, new hire paperwork processing, and may assist with employee orientations.
• Manage and work with temp agencies for contract employees while on assignment.
• Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
• Communicate with peers by sharing recruiting "best practices" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on contract employees in applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools.
• Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide customer service, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads.

Your profile
Minimum Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 8 years of related experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate information with clarity.
• Solid knowledge of basic employment laws.
• Past experience working in an ATS system required, implementing system and process preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft platform and time and attendance systems, for the purposes of data entry and report creation and maintenance. Preferred Requirements:
