Financial Analyst (Finance)
Summary:
Remote work with the option to work at a corporate location. Workday Adaptive Insights expertise required.
This is a high visibility role throughout our organization, which requires leveraging reporting tools to develop financial and analytical reports and actively participate in the analysis and variance explanations. Investigates and understands key business issues behind the numbers, and provide clear, concise, and timely analyses and recommendations. This role supports ongoing budget and forecast performance, monitoring and trend analysis and clearly communicate the results of these efforts and insights. Participates in special projects, cross training and performs ad-hoc duties and analysis as required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Strong analytical, strategic, problem solving and organizational skills with an ability to translate information into analyses for actionable decisions by management

Required Qualifications
Education, Licensure, & Experience
· Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field from an accredited
· college or university
· Minimum of 2+ years of finance experience
· Experience in Healthcare preferred
