Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant with Salesforce commerce cloud expertise . The position will primarily be responsible to support commerce platform for the client in communication with stakeholders in organizations to formulate ways for businesses to improve. The role would work to persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or systems or solutions. Able to formalize business requirements, ready for two-way communication business communications up and technical communications down. Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 5 years of experience with Information Technology
3 years' experience working with Salesforce commerce cloud.
Experience in Salesforce commerce cloud is a must.
Expertise in Requirement gathering, support, stakeholder management and documentation.
U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply.
Willing to travel to client location for key milestones if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce commerce cloud and knowledge of eCommerce.
strong experience in Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects.
Analytical and Communication skills
Excellent at troubleshooting and communicating status, root cause and results.
Strong consulting and communication skills.
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
