Quality Assurance Analyst (Information Technology)

Supportworks is looking for an innovative and experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team. The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for designing and writing clear and concise test plans. The Analyst will execute test plans and analyze test results, and work with a team to resolve any issues or defects. You will also ensure that the end product meets the product requirements and end user expectations. To be successful as a Quality Assurance Analyst, you should demonstrate strong attention to detail and have analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate must be able to interpret and implement quality assurance standards and provide accurate and comprehensive feedback to colleagues.
