Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer (Finance)



As a Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in driving innovation, optimizing manufacturing processes, and achieving operational excellence. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies, lead a team of talented engineers, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.As an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer here at Honeywell, you will optimize production processes, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate with teams to achieve operational excellence and innovation. You will report directly to our Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and you'll work out of our Danville, KY location on a hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
  • Extensive experience in advanced manufacturing engineering and cost process optimization
  • Lean Manufacturing experience
  • Proven track record of driving innovation and operational excellence in manufacturing operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

  • Identify and implement cutting-edge technologies to drive continuous improvement and cost efficiencies
  • Analyze manufacturing data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
