Graphic Designer (Finance)
Bachelor's degree required (Digital Media, Visual Communications, or similar degree)
High-level background in print publishing, superior layout, strong sense of color theory and typography skills (2-4 years of experience)
Mastery in digital media design, creation, and production (2-4 years of commercial experience)
Experience in brand management is essential
Ability to creatively design and implement ad campaigns and assets
Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (2-4 years of commercial experience)
Proficient in social media channel(s) development and distribution
Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, etc.)
Must possess excellent computer skills and be proficient on Mac/PC platforms
Photography, pre-print and print production expertise
Highly motivated, self-starting and detail-oriented individual
Work well under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy, working overtime is expected on occasion
Excellent writing and interpersonal communication skills
Team player with the ability to learn and implement new technologies and workflows quickly

Essential Functions:
Specialize in designing, creating, and producing digital, print and video assets from concept to completion
Provide additional illustration support and production to in-house projects
Manage relationships with outsourced printing vendors
Oversee projects with local and national companies and freelance artists
Assist in managing the department workflow and advertising and social media schedules
Assist in digital photography and videography development for enhanced social engagement
Provide direction for institutional branding in relation to developing and executing for the university
Connect, collaborate and maintain relationships with key advertising partners
