Ensures company in full compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.
Maintains HRIS records, generate data, and analyze reports from the database.
Ensure data accuracy and process integrity. Manage and execute employee on-boarding and continue enhancement of on-boarding program.
In collaboration with Site HR Manager, support employees concerning work-related problems and providing feedback to management when necessary.
Assist with performance review preparation, roll-out and management of processes.
Administer on and off-boarding processes.
Consult with Site HR Manager in providing education and guidance to employees and management on work related issues HR systems/processes/ policies.
Partner with Leaves Administrators and Benefits to assist with the management of leaves, disabilities, and Worker's Compensation.
May be asked to provide support in various HR disciplines: HRIS/systems administration, benefits, employee programs, employee relations, compensation, performance management, training and reporting as needed.
May work with other Functional Organizations like EHS and Facilities to keep the site safe
Seek support to serve as the subject matter expert and provide guidance to employees and leadership as required.
Administer COVID testing program for the site; updating the participant list
Education & Experience
Associates Degree
4 years of progressive experience in Human Resources.
Knowledge of HRIS and Payroll systems and processes preferred
KRONOS experience preferred.
Working knowledge in multiple HR functions and procedures (pay and benefits, compensation, labor law and employment best practices, HR systems, training, performance management, employee relations, change management).
Skills
Proficient and knowledgeable in MS Office, especially Excel.
