Core Responsibilities:
Develop a project plan to support time management and successful completion of the assigned strategic initiatives
With the support of the Technology and Innovation team, perform a SWOT analysis of current platforms to support further development and enhancement
Utilizing communication skills clearly to help your colleagues understand the “why.”
Research possible solutions and build a roadmap for implementation
Provide the organizational skills to manage multiple deliverables while utilizing data analysis and technology to create results
An enrolled student pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) in business or information technology
Prior internship in a business or technology setting
Computer literacy in Excel (lookups, pivot tables, VBA), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and PowerBI (familiarity is a plus)
Student leadership/participation in local organizations, student government, or athletics
Business Acumen: Build and enhance current business skills. The program results in strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills. Armed with our best-in-class analytical practices, you'll partner across teams to create new solutions to significant challenges.
Project Management & Ownership: The intern will be the key decision maker and business owner, driving recommendations, proposing a solution, creating an impact, and at the same time, collaborating cross-functionally with senior leaders across product management, operations, inventory, and finance.
Driving Change & Innovation: The intern will develop new solutions and bring new ideas to the organization.
Building a network: This internship will help establish an impactful network of peers, leaders, and mentors who will help you develop a clear vision for your career
