Duties and Responsibilities
Consistently, accurately process payrollManage workflow as prescribed to maximize efficiencyAccurately record and document all transactions, as directedResearch, analyze, and resolve all discrepancies, reporting to management as neededEnsure accurate taxation and garnishment is applied to each accountUpdate client accounts as directed by authorized contactsEnter Year-end adjustments to ensure accurate W2 reportingRemain in compliance with all legal and institutional requirementsMaintain client confidentiality at all times
Pay starts between $18.00 and $20.00 / hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00
