Be part of a team assessing and driving achievement of program specific performance within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be the engineering project leader and be the primary decision maker for engineering program cost, schedule and engineering issues. You will lead a team in the prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and drive overall program performance for Avionics (Epic, Apex, and/or Anthem) programs with a focus on leading cross functional/product/COE integrated avionics systems.YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or similar
- Due to U.S. export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status under asylum or refugee.

- Significant experience in engineering
- Lead Avionics Engineering Programs across multiple Centers of Excellence
- Work with CBT, PMO, and other leadership
- Manage engineering cost and schedule
- Assess and drive achievement of programs
- Strategy development
- Early problem detection and course correction.
- Annual Operating Plan
- Manage short and long term staffing needs
- Involvement with program pursuits and launches
- Manage Program Metrics
