Reports To: Director of Program Management
Overview
The Billing Transformation Program Manager will serve as the primary point of contact on all application Billing Transformation efforts. The program manager will: 1) exemplify a positive and professional “Client Experience” and engage the “love the customer” philosophy, 2) successfully manage assigned application Billing Transformation projects, and 3) work with teams across the organization to develop and execute Billing Transformation efforts. The successful candidate must have the project leadership and professional background in technology industry. Above all, the program manager has a strong track record of service delivery and service orientation.
Primary Responsibilities
Takes ownership of Billing Transformation projects associated with metric gathering and Billing re-platforming.
Defines a Billing Transformation project plan for each metric that will encompass project requirements and milestones, from initial scoping through Billing Transformation.
Identifies key resources across the organization for each application needed to implement updated metrics gathering application.
Works with key resources to scope each application.
Coordinates activities of key resources to ensure progress towards project milestones.
Secondary Responsibilities
Ensures team members are appropriately instructed on project requirements.
Works with team members to establish best practices for migrating billing data to new metric gathering system.
Collaborates with technology, billing and development teams as needed to assist with efficiently migrating billing data to a new application.
Ensures that project requirements and milestones are being met by meeting on a regular basis with internal stakeholders.
Consistently delivers proactive communication with internal stakeholders and serves as initial point of escalation when necessary.

Required Qualifications & Characteristics
A deep understanding of project management, Billing Projects and IT technology skills
Proven leadership skills which help to motivate team members.
Demonstrated success in the management of multiple simultaneous projects.
Oral and written communication skills which provide a strong and confident executive presence.
Excellent client relationship skills which include the ability to proactively manage client expectations, recognize client needs, and adapt company capabilities to consistently meet client requirements.
A solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities and legal document review requirements.
Demonstrated ability in each of the following areas: ensure effective control of all aspects of a project from initial planning through completion; direct multiple project teams across applications while ensuring the completion of all work; oversee development of project plans.

A Bachelor's (BA) degree. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or similar advanced degrees a plus;
Consulting, litigation support, attorney or paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal departments or eDiscovery service provider a plus #LI-RC1
