Delivery Driver Supervisor (Finance)
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the Home Infusion delivery staff and the Compounding front desk, including the prompt and accurate delivery of home infusion equipment, supplies and medications to Company patients while working as an active member of the Home Infusion team.
This position is scheduled 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday thru Friday and will include an on-call rotation. Our ideal candidate will be dependable, possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail, and be able to manage a team.

Duties include, but will not be limited to:
Plans, directs, and supervises the daily operations of the home infusion warehouse and compounding front desk Manages daily deliveries and monthly and on-call delivery driver schedules Serves as back-up for delivery drivers including delivering medications and supplies, loading and unloading Company vehicle, and cleaning equipment Serves as back-up for Compounding front desk, including, but not limited to greeting customers, answering calls, and processing prescription payments Assists with preparing deliveries and shipments Follows Company, State, and Federal compliance guidelines for the safe handling and delivery of medical equipment, supplies and medicine Reviews documentation regarding discrepancies, complaints, or service requests and resolves or escalates as necessary Maintains accurate records of completed and scheduled vehicle maintenance Administers tasks associated with infusion pump management including tracking pick-up, testing, cleaning and maintaining Monitors and maintains Home Infusion inventory supplies Manages the work of employees by assigning incomplete tasks, communicating job expectations, reviewing and appraising performance
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (GED); Proven experience in a supervisory role and/or warehouse management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience; Current drivers license and proof of valid auto insurance; Clean driving record and knowledge of local and regional service area; Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office experience and internet skills required; Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Ability to think strategically, set goals, and drive performance within team to achieve results.
