Position Overview:
The West Region Admin Leader will partner with West Region Leader and CPA Solutions Admin Leader to drive administrative processes, implement improvements, and provide assistance to Admin team members in the West Region (Omaha, Kansas City and Des Moines areas). As a new position to our firm, this person will have an opportunity to grow and shape this role and have an impact on the overall CPA Solution.
Responsibilities:
Identify opportunities to improve processes, create efficiencies, and save time and moneyPrioritize workflow and deadlines within the administrative teamProvide executive assistance to CPA Solutions West Region Leader, including reporting and data gathering, outlook maintenance, and travel arrangementsFacilitate weekly West Region L10 meetingEvent and meeting coordination for the West Region LeaderParticipate in bi-weekly CPA Admin Leadership L10 and cascade applicable information to the administrative team in you regionGenerate ideas and solutions to improve processes and work with the CPA Solutions Admin Leader to implementDirect LMA relationship with 5-7 administrative team members in Kansas City, Omaha & Des Moines officesUtilize EOS tools for communication and development L10, 5x5x5, etc.Ensure team members are following standard processes and provide training for new initiatives
Qualifications:?
H/S Diploma and 2-4 years of relevant experiencePrevious executive assistance experience preferredProactive mindset; anticipates needsPositive attitude and pleasant demeanor are a mustStrong verbal and written communication skillsProblem solverDecision making skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAble to successfully manage multiple and sometimes competing prioritiesReliable and self-motivatedStrong understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft Office suiteIntegrity, maturity, dependability, and strong work ethicHandles sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
