Bar Back (Food Services)
Stock bar venues with beer, liquor, mixers and supplies
Prepares and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the bars standard drink recipes
Recognizes when a customer has had enough to drink
Learns the names and personally recognizes regulars
Accepts payment from guests, bar servers and cocktail staff; processes credit cards
Washes and sterilizes glassware
Maintains bottles and glasses in an attractive and functional manner
Maintains cleanliness in all areas of the bar
Reports all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Department manager
Fills in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department
Maintains working knowledge of beer, wine, liquor and common drink recipes
Reliable transportation
At least 21 years of age
Written and verbal communication skills
Multitasking skills
Adaptability
