What You'll Do as a Driver Manager
The Driver Manager position will be based out of our new corporate headquarters' location in Fort Myers, FL. The Driver Manager is responsible for handling the day-to-day operations of the United States-based asset fleet through effective communication between clients and drivers
How You'll Do It
Find business for Scotlynn USA's assets internally and externally
Communicate with clients and drivers to build and maintain relationships
Accompany accounts payable to ensure invoices are being billed correctly
Ensure driver payroll is done on time and accurately
Weekly check in with accounts receivable to track short pays or aging invoices
Audit rates to ensure accurate revenue figures
Periodic confirmation that drivers' files including medical cards, licenses, etc. are up to date
Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Basic understanding of FMCSA regulations
1-3 years' experience in related position
High ability to pay attention to detail
Strong and quick decision-making skills
