NP/PA - Internal Medicine - West Clinic (Healthcare)
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master's or Doctorate's degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor's or Master's degree from accredited PA Program.
Work Experience:
Preferred – Two years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum –
If Nurse Practitioner*:
If Physician Assistant*:
All Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant applicants must have*: Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time, 100% FTE position scheduled to work 40 hours per week. The scheduled shifts will be Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.
