Program Coordinator
Individual will be responsible for setting up assessments used for Management Concepts training classes (e.g., Thomas Kilmann Instrument, MBTI, 360 assessments, etc.), monitor Management Concepts evaluation platform, and monitor supplemental inventory items. Additionally, individual will assist with coordination of Management Concepts cohort programs (DITAP, Gateway, and Federal Leadership Development Programs).
Duties and Responsibilities include:
Working with vendors directly or through vendors online platforms for assessments used in Management Concepts courses.
Monitor and trouble-shoot Management Concepts evaluation platform (Explorance/Blue) and provide ad-hoc reports required contractually and other reports as requested.
Monitor inventory for supplemental items used in Management Concepts classes to ensure inventory is available for upcoming classes.
Assist in development of Management Concepts cohort program schedules and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Product Management, Learning Development, Producing Team).
In coordination with Program Administrator, assist with:
• Setting up programs in sytems;
• Set-up of program kick-off sessions;
• Pulling reports from systems;
• Student login problems, site navigation, and questions to the appropriate individual or department (e.g., Producer, Learning Technologies);
• Monitoring online students' activity and keeping them on track by sending out reminders, posting announcements, and assisting when needed;
• Monitoring site postings to ensure that any issues are being addressed; and
• Creating end of class reports, as needed.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree required or relevant work experience managing adult learning programs
Strong skills in Microsoft Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams) required
Technical skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Learning Management Systems (LMS), Explorance/Blue and ability to learn new systems quickly
