Advanced Project Engr (Finance)



As an Advanced Project Engineer here at Honeywell, you will be at the forefront of engineering innovation, leading complex projects that drive the future of aerospace technology. You will leverage your expertise to ensure project success from conception through execution, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

You will report directly to our Engineering Manager, and you'll work out of our Torrance, CA location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the development of advanced aerospace systems, ensuring that projects meet technical specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints. Your contributions will enhance the performance and reliability of aerospace products, ultimately benefiting customers and end-users worldwide.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of advanced engineering projects in the aerospace sector.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Conduct technical reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR HONEYWELL

The annual base salary range for this position is $109,000- $136,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.

• 5+ years of experience in project engineering within the aerospace industry.

• Strong knowledge of aerospace engineering principles, project management methodologies, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in engineering software tools and project management applications.
