Job Description
SVB Startup Banking is focused on building deep and authentic relationships with early-stage founders, investors, and ecosystem partners to improve their probability of success. The Global Gateway team within SVB Startup Banking helps entrepreneurs and investors in emerging innovation centers worldwide with a mix of banking services and global market entry, advice and introductions.
The Associate in Global Gateway is responsible for assisting with the management of an assigned client portfolio, including business development, portfolio management, client outreach, client onboarding, tracking and resolving portfolio credit/regulatory issues, and supporting cross-sell opportunities.This role supports VPs, Directors, and Managing Directors, and involves collaborating with cross-functional SVB teams representing commercial banking, credit cards, letters of credit, foreign exchange, treasury management, and private banking, with the goal of orchestrating a superior client experience and maximizing support of client relationships.
