Production Supervisor - Full Time (Maintenance)
Heartland Goodwill Enterprises (HGE) is hiring a Production Supervisor for our oil packaging plant in Coralville, Iowa.
The Production Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the oil packaging plant to ensure employee safety, product quality, and production efficiency. This position is responsible for the training and development of assigned personnel, follow up with plant operations regarding personnel safety, quality, and production, anticipate problems in the plant and work proactively to prevent injury, quality issues, and downtime. The Supervisor will coordinate with maintenance to ensure equipment and infrastructure is repaired and/or maintained efficiently.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Associates or B.S. degree preferred.
• Minimum five years of production supervision required. Experience developing employees with disabilities preferred.
• Proven track record working in a team environment.
