Clinical Manager - ENT (Fishing)



Advanced ENT & Allergy, a long standing member of the Louisville and Southern Indiana healthcare community, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Clinical Manager to join their Team. As a growing, mid-size Physician-built practice, Advanced ENT & Allergy is large enough to offer growth and opportunity, but still maintain the small-office feel. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Clinical Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical department and personnel in their assigned offices to ensure quality services are provided to our patients.

Advanced ENT & Allergy highly values both the team member and patient experience and is seeking a like-minded individual to lead and guide our clinical team. Given the practice's history and projected growth, the incumbent will need to be experienced, flexible, and forward-thinking. While based in one of our Louisville, KY offices, travel to other company locations will be required for the support of our Team and patients.

To ensure success in this role, the right candidate will exhibit a deep understanding of business management, clinical office management knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams. The ability to identify and improve key processes in order to reduce staff costs, production costs, and improve clinic flow is key for the Clinical Manager.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Demonstrates an attitude of empathy and concern for our patients.Provides consistent support and serves as a reference for clinical team members.Develops training schedules and processes for all new clinical staff members.Point of contact for all staff regarding IT, Practice Management System, and Electronic Medical Record training and problem resolution.Holds regular office meetings to keep staff informed about all new policies and procedures, insurance information, memos, and to discuss/resolve problems affecting operations.Works with other department managers and Human Resources to ensure all departments function as a team.Meeting with business managers to discuss business objectives.Analyzing the efficiency and costs of existing business processes.Identifying areas of improvement.Creating and presenting process improvement reports.Overseeing the implementation of new business processes.Managing improvement teams and external contractors.Troubleshooting and improving new processes.Updating process and procedure policies.Conducting ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.Staying up to date with the latest technology and improvement strategies.Provide excellent support service to our Physicians enabling them to focus on patient care.Ability to coordinate projects and lead multiple teams.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Report and procedure writing skills.Available to work after hours and weekends when required.Experienced in front office, clinical and billing operations in a multi-physician, private or hospital owned medical office setting highly desired.
