Job Summary This position is for a highly motivated individual to work as part of the sales team for Heating controls. The candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and be able to work in a team effectively. This position requires support for new products as well as legacy products. The individual is an energetic, experienced professional who can work both individually and with a team. This position will be in Columbus, OH. Specific Responsibilities • Support customers and sales representatives in all pre-sale activities. • Provide expert support and knowledge of products with their use in the industry to customers and the sales channel, building rapport; providing technical information and explanations; preparing quotations • Generate proposals for products and systems to include commercial terms, technical compliance and project specific details. • Review technical specification, calculate cost based on requirements of the customer and generate sell price. • Consult with Engineering and Manufacturing team to resolve technical problems • Contribute and support creation of marketing tools and literature to include manuals, sales literature, application white papers and promotional literature.
