Dispatcher (Manufacturing)
Overhead Door Company of Nashville™, a DH Pace Company, Inc., is seeking to hire a Dispatcher who will effectively coordinate field employees to provide service to the customer's satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:
- Schedule technicians to customer job sites
- Continually ensure technicians' schedules are cleared of completed job tickets and that open job tickets are in correct technicians' schedules for materials ordered, billing and voided tickets
- Provide accurate work orders and picking lists to the warehouse for inventory pulling
- Work with service quotes
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
- Proven ability to implement process improvements
- Must have excellent communication and organizational skills with mechanical and mathematical aptitude
- Ability to effectively communicate and represent the company in a professional manner
