If so, we have the perfect role for you at Aspire Indiana for you as a Home Based Therapist on our Youth & Family Home & Community Based Services Team located in Noblesville, IN.

Position Summary
The Home Based Therapist - Youth & Family will be responsible for:

Providing in-home counseling services to children and their biological families, or foster families. Evaluations/assessments
Treatment plans
Individual & family therapy
Crisis intervention
Some after hours availability for crisis situations.


Pay for this position is based on licensure and/or experience.

Education/Experience

Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related field from a college/university accredited by the US Department of Education required
Prior experience with this population preferred
Must be knowledgeable of child welfare and/or juvenile probation systems


Other Requirements

Must be license eligible (LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA) by the State of Indiana and actively pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the State of Indiana
Must be capable of exercising good judgment in crisis situations
Must maintain a valid driver's license, current automobile insurance and a driving record that meets the guidelines and requirements of the organization
Must have the ability to use private car to transport self and others
