We Offer Service Enabling and Metrics (SEM) is the COO function of the Network Security & Physical Access System area (NS&PAS)
Your responsibility includes as part of the role:
Leading the team of 8 people, which supports the head of Network Security & Physical Access Systems in managing the area. The team is evenly distributed between Raleigh/NC and Warsaw/Poland.
This includes
Managing all open audit, regulatory issues and top risks' incl. presenting and negotiating with regulators.
Define and collect important metrics for the area, especially related to key risks
Supplier & Vendor Contract Management incl. third party risk management
Financial Management inc. budgeting and cost transparency
Purchase Order Management incl. negotiating and tracking
Workforce Management, incl. open roles, hiring status
With NS&PAS being as security function in Credit Suisse, security and compliance is pivotal for the SEM area. You take accountability for keeping the area compliant and delivering towards the commitments.
As an overall manager, you provide not only strategic direction, but also give functional mentorship to the team and develop appropriate processes and procedure to manage the area in an efficient and effective way. The role provides a unique opportunity to shape and develop the area, but also the whole team.
As part of the role, you work and interact closely and in a transparent, but challenging way with the overarching COO function and act as the intermediate between them and NS&PAS.
You will ensure high quality results on all levels.
You have a good understanding of the function of a SEM and bring in your experience, being it from a technical background as an IT engineer, managing compliance topics or have run a similar function before.

This unique role reports into the Head of Network Security and Physical Access Systems (NS&PAS) and partners closely with the CTOO-COO function but also with the different domain leads, capability owners and program managers in NS&PAS.
