We are looking for a Senior Investment Associate on the Dallas, TX Loan Originations Team to assist the Loan Officer in all aspects of the loan origination process, including creating presentations for pricing and loan authorization, exposure to debt structuring, pricing strategy, and transaction negotiation. The Senior Investment Associate will gain exposure to the origination process and will be responsible for initial evaluation, managing due diligence review and the closing process. As the Senior Investment Associate becomes more familiar with PGIM RE's people, processes, and procedures, they will be given increasing responsibility for deals, origination through negotiation and closing. The position allows the Senior Investment Associate to interact with existing and prospective borrowers, intermediaries, industry peers, and the legal community. Internally, they will gain exposure to key decision makers within PGIM RE and assist with the training and development of a team of Investment Analysts.
The Senior Investment Associate will join a fully-integrated mortgage origination team responsible for $1+ billion of annual production. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Loan Officers and Portfolio Managers in sourcing and originating commercial real estate debt investments for Prudential's wide variety of capital sources including core and core-plus lending accounts, high yield bridge and mezzanine debt, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and FHA.
