Rehab Tech (Healthcare)

Hayward Gardens Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Rehab Aide/Rehab Tech to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for assisting licensed therapists and ensuring the smooth operation of our rehabilitation services. You will directly contribute to our patients' recovery and the overall positive image of our facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical and occupational therapists with patient treatment sessions.
• Prepare treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
• Transport and transfer patients to and from therapy sessions.
• Help patients with prescribed exercises and activities under the supervision of a therapist.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient charts.
• Communicate effectively with licensed therapists, staff, and patients to coordinate care.
