Global Product Operations Analyst (Finance)



The Global Product Operations Analyst will play a key role in our Global Product Operations team and will be instrumental in building a product-led culture at Equifax. This role will directly support key stakeholders and leaders across the Product organization by planning and executing key initiatives to drive engagement and maturity within the Product Management discipline and mindset at Equifax. The Global Product Operations Analyst will be responsible for developing and managing internal content, and supporting the development of external-facing messages for Product initiatives, including social media, town halls, events, and other high-profile deliverables.

This position will focus on delivering impactful content and experiences to support employee growth, behavior change, and culture. This individual will ensure consistent, accurate, clear, and effective messaging across the product organization.

Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.

This role will be based out of our office in midtown Atlanta, Georgia (OAC), but will report to our Alpharetta, GA office a minimum of one day each week.

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

This is a direct-hire role and is not open to C2C or vendors.

What you will do

  • Culture change: Support the enterprise-wide cultural shift to a Product-Led mindset through consistent and clear information sharing within the Equifax product community and the broader Equifax enterprise.
  • Engagement and evangelism: As part of a team, drive the enablement of our transformation of Equifax to a premier destination for Product Management talent by supporting opportunities for engagement with employees and the broader product ecosystem.
  • Awareness, understanding, and adoption: Collaborate with the Global Platforms teams to support the adoption and usage of Equifax Global Platforms for Equifax products.
  • Internal Engagement: Support initiatives, digital communities, events and programs to inform and connect the Product team.
  • Initiative alignment: Collaborate with Product, Data & Analytics, and Technology teams and across the organization for alignment on information, tools, scheduling and best practices. Partner with global Communications and Marketing teams to support projects and initiatives. Work closely with the Product leadership team to ensure plans align with the overall product strategy and objectives.
  • Content and channels: Manage information sharing across all internal channels, including: email, intranet, video, town halls, executive events and digital signage. Ensure information is tailored to audience needs and channel requirements. Support the development of external-facing materials.
  • Measure, Evaluate, and Analyze Feedback: Gather, analyze, and report on data from internal initiatives and feedback related to Product organization initiatives, events, and culture; identify opportunities to improve effectiveness. Manage a central Product calendar and project tracker. Support the development of feedback mechanisms related to Product organization initiatives and culture.
  • Collaborate and facilitate: Coordinate with the Brand and Creative Team to ensure materials are aligned with the brand standards.
  • Internal and External Communications Strategies: Support internal and external information sharing strategies including intranet site management email distribution, and multimedia, while engaging the organization's various constituencies and reinforcing brand identity.
  • Content Writing and Editing: Prepare and refine materials for internal platforms, such as newsletters, email updates, and intranet posts.
  • ProductHUB Maintenance: Support the maintenance and enhancement of the ProductHUB to promote Product initiatives. Facilitate timely and relevant internal updates.
  • Event Support: Support the management and execution of Product-Led global internal events and Town Halls.

What experience you will need
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in internal and external communications and/or event planning, preferably supporting product organizations.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and research skills with strong grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style knowledge for diverse audiences, including social media.
  • Strong attention to detail, project management skills, and commitment to deliverables.
  • Ability to adapt to change and manage multiple priorities in a matrixed environment.
