The successful candidate will support existing and new Electronics customers as well as seek out new opportunities within assigned accounts. . They will be responsible for interfacing with the regional business teams to support all activities associated with their accounts. . The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Electronics business and have the ability to translate the customer's needs to the business and deliver results.. Primary Responsibilities: - Own Strategic Electronic Accounts and all direct and dotted line reports within the regions where the customer does business. - Champion Safety within the account to ensure all Linde standards / requirements are and adhered to and take visible ownership of all Safety topics. - Drive growth for accounts through regional sales teams and by leveraging existing and local infrastructure as well as establish relationship with key customer decision makers. - Defend existing business, secure new opportunities and own all commercial negotiations to ensure consistent global terms and conditions that minimize Linde's risks while driving profitable growth. - Develop an annual business plan for achieving goals which includes a pipeline of opportunities, renewals and stretch targets for increasing overall account profitability. - Be the champion for Linde products and services, communicating the needs of the account to key stake holders within the region / business, engineering, etc... in support of customer requirements. - Responsible for the account P&L in conjunction with the region / business and be acknowledged as the expert / owner for account related activity and decisions. - Support the regions / business to identify and target new opportunities, participate / lead commercial negotiations and ensure delivery of agreed scope. - Champion quality related items with customers:- Understand customer's requirements and effectively communicate to Linde stake holders, included any requested changes to specification by the customer - Lead and coordinate all quality excursions / issues between Linde and customers - Revenue - $50MM-$100MM Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or similar technical discipline; MBA a plus - 10+ years business experience - Understanding of and/or experience of high purity gases or gas systems and their use within the Semiconductor industry - Excellent leadership and communication skills including communication to senior management At Linde, we strive to create a work environment that treats all employees with respect, supports new thoughts and ideas, encourages growth and development, celebrates our differences, and embraces inclusion.
