As a Software Engineer on our dynamic Fire Software Team, within Honeywell Business Automation (BA) organization, you will have the opportunity to work on sophisticated projects that enhance our SaaS Platforms and drive customer connectivity and management. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, testing, and automation of cutting-edge software solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Support the design and development robust software solutions with a strong emphasis on SaaS platforms, optimizing for scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into well-defined technical requirements.
• Manage applications at scale, ensuring high availability and performance in line with industry best practices.
• Develop, test, and maintain APIs to facilitate seamless integration with other systems and services.
• Utilize Microsoft Azure services to deploy and manage applications, ensuring optimal use of cloud technologies for enhanced performance and reliability.
• Create advanced reporting solutions, leveraging experience with reporting tools and frameworks to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with front-end technologies such as Angular, and back-end technologies like .NET and SQL Server, delivering full-stack development capabilities.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and mentor junior team members in software development methodologies and technologies.
• Collaborate on grooming and refining software solutions to improve user experience and overall functionality.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions align with their expectations and requirements.
