About the Role:

Ingram Micro is seeking a Technology Finance Solutions Consultant to support our LATAM Export Division. This client-facing role is focused on providing innovative financing strategies and solutions to our network of resellers and customers, enabling them to acquire technology products and services efficiently through commercial banking and leasing partners.

You will manage key relationships with financial institutions and customers, driving growth by aligning financing models with technology sales strategies. Your expertise will also help strengthen our market position in the public and private sectors through customized, region-specific financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a trusted financial advisor for technology resellers across the LATAM Export region, delivering tailored financing solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Develop and manage relationships with commercial banks, leasing firms, and financial institutions to expand financing options available to customers.
  • Understand local markets, regulatory environments, and sector-specific needs (including public agencies) to shape appropriate financing strategies.
  • Partner closely with internal sales teams to enable seamless integration of financial solutions into the technology sales cycle.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and host meetings with clients to communicate available financial options and drive solution adoption.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and commercial engagements to promote Ingram Micro's value-added financial capabilities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (credit, legal, sales, and marketing) to create and implement strategic business initiatives.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in financial consulting or technology-related financing
  • Deep knowledge of technology distribution and reseller ecosystems (preferred)
  • Strong experience working with banks, leasing companies, or financial institutions
  • Bilingual - Fluent in both English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of LATAM markets, public sector operations, and regional agencies
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% across LATAM

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $94,200.00 - $160,100.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate's primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.

At Ingram Micro certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including merit increases, annual bonus or sales incentives and long-term incentives. These awards are allocated based on position level and individual performance.
