HR/Affiliation Specialist - Remote (Finance)
Manage all state cannabis affiliation processes, researching state policies and requirements for employees to become credentialed within each state's tracking system.
Administer and streamline the state cannabis affiliation process for all new hires and existing employees, as applicable.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
Answer frequently asked questions from applicants, new hires, and employees related to policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc., while referring more complex questions and issues to the appropriate HR team member(s) or leadership.
Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
Provides administrative support to the HR department.
May assist with payroll functions including processing, answering employee inquiries, addressing processing errors, etc.
Conducts or assists with new hire orientation.
Assists with planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, organization-wide meetings, and/or other employee-related events.
Performs other duties as assigned.
