Sales Support, National Construction Location: Burr Ridge, IL The Sales Support, National Construction role is responsible for supporting the construction business across LG&E and will collaborate with both internal and external customers. What we offer you! - Competitive compensation - Comprehensive benefit plan (medical, dental, vision and more) - 401(k) retirement savings plan - Paid time off (vacation, holidays, PTO) - Employee discount programs - Career growth opportunities RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for the creation and execution of all proposals and RFQ's for construction projects across LG&E. - Create and implement new account set up. - Point of contact for all customer services issues, answering questions and resolving problems. - Focuses on maintaining customer relationships and addressing specific customer problems. - Ensures ongoing accuracy of customer and product information. - Assists sales teams with securing customers by preparing analysis, agendas, content, materials, and follow up documentation as appropriate. - Solves range of straightforward problems and delivers solutions in a timely manner. - Makes recommendations to external customers. - Coordinates projects and internal customers across regions within LG&E. QUALIFICATIONS: - High School Diploma or GED required - Individual must have strong organizational skills and be detailed oriented. - Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. - Comfortable working in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment with a high sense of urgency. - Drive for results and performance driven. - Ability to manage conflict and difficult situations. - Prior customer service or sales support experience preferred.
