Position Information: Coordinates and manages all activities related to education and training efforts for research staff in the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) at the Stephenson Cancer Center.
Coordinates all activities related to the education, preparation, and training of staff.
Interfaces and serves as liaison with campus, college and department administration, as well as IRB and study sponsors to accomplish educational project(s) outcomes.
Leads the successful training implementations using basic planning techniques.
Establish and maintains on-going training/reporting processes.
Leads meetings, work group sessions and seminars to meet goals as assigned.
Provides training and develops on-going education and training as required by CTO leadership.
Performs related duties as assigned or as required to successfully fulfill functions of the position.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience: 24 months of project coordination, education, process improvement, or training coordination. Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of related experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
