The HORNE Learning & Organization Development Supervisor is responsible for partnering with internal and external clients to create and execute learning and OD solutions that exactly meet their needs and align to business goals.
This includes consulting to clarify needs, identifying or creating appropriate solutions, and implementing solutions based on direction and input from multiple stakeholders. The Learning and OD Supervisor will also stay up to date on the latest learning and OD trends in order to be viewed as a leader in development content and offer new and creative ways to solve our clients' biggest needs.
