IT Business Systems Analyst, Manufacturing Operations Management (Information Technology)

The IT Business Systems Analyst for Manufacturing Operations Management works with global business partners and IT stakeholders to identify and define needs/issues, document requirements, lead small projects and/or participate in larger scale implementations, and solve problems, providing recommendations with fact-based analysis. 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Consult with, document and translate stakeholder processes and requirements into IT/IS requirements
  • Analyze data to trouble-shoot issues, collaborate with vendors to develop and implement solutions
  • Support Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) digital transformation IT/IS solution implementation and change management
  • Provide ongoing application support to ensure stable and secure operations
  • Proactively enforces worldwide and local security policies to ensure technology, application, and information assets are protected.
  • Lead small to medium size projects (difficult and complex at times)
  • Provide basic coaching/mentorship to junior team members

Education/Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree and 2+ years relevant experience OR Bachelor and Master's Degree with 1+ years relevant experience required
  • 1+ years experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Wonderware, Delmia, Desigo or other Manufacturing Execution System (MES)
  • Experience with system validation testing preferred 
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft 365 Suite
  • ITIL Certification preferred
  • Digital Transformation Certificate preferred
  • Proficient with Agile methodology preferred

Travel Requirements

  • up to 30%
