We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Admissions Assistant to join our team at Orchard Post Acute on weekends. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves working with people and providing excellent customer service in a skilled nursing facility environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, family members, and visitors during the admission process.
- Support the Admissions Director with intake paperwork, data entry, and file maintenance.
- Communicate with nursing, therapy, and administrative staff to ensure smooth resident admissions.
- Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide facility tours when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information in compliance with HIPAA.
- Assist with other administrative duties as requested.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or healthcare setting preferred.
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

- Weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) - daytime hours.
