Behavioral Health Technician (BHT/RBT) - $1000 SIGN ON BONUS (Personal Services)
Hope Community Resources is a non-profit organization providing community supports to hundreds of individuals and families who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury and mental health challenges. This position is a hybrid position working for the Hope Behavioral Health Clinic. This position will be working as both a Registered Behavior Technician, with individuals that experience Autism, under the direction of a Board Certified and Licensed Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Additionally, a BHT/RBT will be working with individuals that experience Mental Health Disorders under the direction of a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

If not already credentialed as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), Hope Community Resources will provide all the required training to be able to sit for the RBT certification offered through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB).
