Sr Program Manager (Finance)
You will report directly to the Director, Navy Customer Business Team and work out of our Tempe, Arizona location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact comprehensive strategic direction, program execution, team leadership, quality assurance, timely delivery, issue resolution, data analysis, reporting, cost management, cross-functional collaboration, process improvement, risk management, mentoring and development, innovation, compliance, and program growth. You are instrumental in ensuring the successful execution and enhancement of customer programs, which, in turn, can contribute to the organization's overall success and competitiveness in the market.As a Senior Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in leading and overseeing the successful execution of programs delivering Honeywell products directly to the US Navy and prime customers, supporting critical defense capabilities. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex customer programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program execution. In this role you will regularly interface directly with suppliers, key members of our customer base, and internal stakeholders at Honeywell. You will be a critical contributor to proposal and contract development and will be responsible with managing customer relationships through proactive communication that includes but is not limited to responsiveness to RFIs, RFPs, and management of all program deliverables. Your strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and ability to drive results will be essential in contributing to the success of Honeywell programs.YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
