Program Manager, Partnerships & Quality (Finance)

Position Duties:
Supervises and trains program staff to ensure quality customer services priorities are established.
Develops and maintains positive partnerships with internal employment and training programs and relevant community based social service providers to expand the resources and empowerment options for trainees.
Determines best practices to create seamless connection of services for Flip the Script trainees.
Develops and maintains working knowledge of local, state and federal social services programs and agencies to ensure trainees have access to appropriate resources and services.
Assists team members in cross functional roles with understanding resources and strategies to assist direct services staff to address trainee barriers as defined in the individualized service plan.
Supervises team members with cross functional roles to implement and manage an integrated service strategy.
Develops high-quality training, coaching, technical assistance, and reference documents for direct reports.
Proactively collaborates with Flip the Script leadership team to define and document measures for operational quality with the goal of identifying data patterns to assist with data driven decision making.
Identifies and communicates internal service systems deficiencies, under performance areas, service gaps and/or redundancies in service delivery and provide process improvement solutions to be applied across teams.
Manages and assists with evaluating program effectiveness related to outcomes data and case management service delivery in accordance with CARF accreditation standards and regulatory and funding agencies.
Researches emerging trends and best practices in the human services industry and workforce development. Makes appropriate recommendations or conclusions to the Director with business case presentations for programmatic improvements.
Assists with program grants and contract reports preparation, provides regular written program quality and outcomes updates to the Director as requested.
May provide program coverage in the absence of the Director as required.
Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
