Builder Sales Representative (Sales)
Responsible for prospecting, quoting and closing product installations and applications with homebuilders of varying size and product scope (custom to large production builders). Also responsible for ongoing relationship management of existing builder partners. Coordinates builder sales and marketing efforts with the General Managers, District Managers, Division VP and Division VP Builder Sales.
Reports to Division VP Builder Sales. Must be able to communicate ideas clearly and concisely and convey the benefits of our product in a professional and persuasive manner. Understands the principals of sales and marketing and has the ability to comprehend and assimilate homebuilding and pest control industry terminology. Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques. Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record.
