Job Description:

Epiq is looking for a Document Management Systems (DMS) Engineer Consultant. Recently acquired by Epiq, Fireman and Company works with large law firms and corporate legal departments to deliver Document Management services through innovative technology and governance solutions.  We are the current iManage Large Law Firm Partner of the Year and much of our practice revolves around the industry-leading iManage portfolio of technologies.  We have great clients, a strong book of business and established, mature methodologies to deliver successful projects.  We are also a tightly-knit team of very talented professionals who enjoy what we do!  

Responsibilities 

• As part of a team, deliver complex technical solutions to our clients based on the iManage software portfolio (DMS and RMS solutions).

• Provide support to our clients on iManage DMS technology throughout the project lifecycle.

• Assist clients with onboarding, uplift and go-live on the iManage cloud platform.

• Architect, configure and build large-scale RAVN full-text index solutions in support of our Document Management and Enterprise Search practices.

• Learn new skills and become an integral part of project delivery for our teams as needed (“willingness to get your hands dirty”).

• Cultivate our culture of responsiveness, collaboration, professionalism and enthusiasm within the DM practice.

• Contribute to the Document Management Practice by developing new tools, methodologies and deliverables.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working with iManage software solutions, preferably at a major law firm or at another consulting firm.

• Strong data manipulation skills in support of cloud uplift and other work.

• ICSE and RAVN certifications from iManage.

• Cloud uplift experience preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Ability to align work hours with East Coast business hours as needed.

Compensation Range

87,901.00 - 131,851.00 USD Annual
